Please note that BubZone Pty Ltd will not ship any items until payment for the complete order has been received in full.

 

BubZone Pty Ltd ship all our products through Australia Post. You will be asked to choose the Australia Post service you require during the checkout process. Please choose your service carefully as this will determine how long you will have to wait before you can start enjoying your purchase!*

Should your purchase not be appropriate BubZone Pty Ltd welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 14 days of the original date of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to BubZone Pty Ltd. We recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

 

All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. If a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged, with no credit or exchange issued.

 

BubZone Pty Ltd will provide either a refund relating to value/ part returned goods or a store gift card to the same value of the returned goods (not including postage) BubZone Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge actual original postage cost on the return of an item.

 

We do not refund for change of mind. Should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
